Booking Notes / Rules
- Vaccinations must be up‑to‑date (Kennel Cough recommended)
- Nights run in 24‑hour periods from drop‑off
- Drop‑off/pick‑up times: 8.00am–10.00am and 4.30pm–6.30pm
- Late pick‑up (up to 8.00pm) available for £5 (pre‑arranged only)
- Deposits for stays over 3 nights are 20% and are non‑refundable
- Stays of 3 nights or fewer must be paid in full in advance
- A mandatory trial night applies for new dogs on stays of 3+ nights
