Off-Lead Walking<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dogs will never be walked off lead without prior discussion and the consent of the owner and off-lead walking will be dependent upon the reliability of your dog\u2019s recall, how they interact with other dogs and their surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dogs will only be walked off-lead if we, as dog walkers consider it safe to do so. We will never guarantee that we will walk dogs off-lead, even if arranged, as it depends on multiple factors such as weather, location, other dogs and dog behaviour. Walking off-lead may only be for a section of the walk, not the full duration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your Consent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hereby, give Lydiard Paws permission to walk my dog(s) off-lead during any scheduled walk undertaken. I also understand the potential consequences that can occur to my dog or other dogs, from walking my dog off-lead while in the care of Lydiard Paws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I agree to release Lydiard Paws from all liability in the event of loss, injury or harm resulting from my dog being walked off-lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I understand that Lydiard Paws\u00a0will have less control over my dog(s) actions & I, therefore, accept full liability for any damage caused to or by my dog and take full responsibility for the actions or disappearance of my dog whilst off-lead walking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
