A trial night is actually required if your dog\u2019s initial stay is longer than three nights, in line with our licensing regulations.<\/p><p>We offer a 6pm drop-off and a 9:30am pick-up for the trial night, and there\u2019s a \u00a315 charge. This helps us ensure your dog is comfortable, settled, and happy in the new environment before their longer stay.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ea-card sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" id=\"ea-header-11863\" role=\"button\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse11863\" aria-controls=\"collapse11863\" href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"presentation\" class=\"ea-expand-icon eap-icon-ea-expand-plus\"><\/i> What vaccinations does my dog need?<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse \" id=\"collapse11863\" data-parent=\"#sp-ea-1186\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"ea-header-11863\"> <div class=\"ea-body\"><p>We require all dogs to be up to date with their core vaccinations. Kennel Cough (Bordetella) is recommended but not mandatory.<\/p><p>Proof of vaccinations is required before any stay. This could be a copy of your dog\u2019s vaccination card or clinical history.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ea-card sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" id=\"ea-header-11864\" role=\"button\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse11864\" aria-controls=\"collapse11864\" href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"presentation\" class=\"ea-expand-icon eap-icon-ea-expand-plus\"><\/i> Do you accept puppies? While we encourage you to bring comfort items such as their bed, blanket, or favourite toy to help your dog feel more at home, please note that we cannot guarantee they will remain undamaged during their stay. They typically sleep downstairs in the kitchen on their dog beds or in the living room on the sofas. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. If we\u2019re unable to reach you, we will get in touch with your nominated emergency contact.<\/p><p data-start=\"454\" data-end=\"673\">Should veterinary attention be required, we will take your dog to your designated vet wherever possible.
